We are currently seeking a Graduate Engineer to work in the Curtain Wall division of our White Bear Lake, Minnesota office. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in Structural Engineering.

Specific Responsibilities include

• Design of aluminum framed building facades under the supervision of a licensed structural engineer
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, shop drawings, and other construction documents
• Provide clients with an efficient engineering design that adheres to the jurisdiction's current building codes and standards
• Will learn to think critically about unique structures and their solutions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering
• Undergraduate coursework must show emphasis on structural design
• Strong project organization and management skills
• Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Engineering-in-training (EIT) certificate, or the ability to obtain within one year

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in aluminum design
• Experience with structural analysis software (such as MathCad, RISA or STAAD)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD design software
