Larson is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to accounting and our curtain wall and structural engineers.

Description

We are looking for an administrative assistant with experience answering phones and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. A self-starter with good communication and organizational skills is essential. Previous experience at an A/E/C firm is a plus.

Job Duties

  • Clerical support for the Regional Accountant, includes tasks such as:
    • Accounts Receivable collections
    • Data Entry (Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Project Database)
  • Clerical support for Engineering Staff, includes tasks such as:
    • Prepare project-related documents like Proposals and Correspondence
    • Prepare weekly report of project workload for Regional Manager
  • Coordinate events including:
    • Tradeshows / Conferences
    • Career Fairs
    • Employee Parties
  • General clerical duties for the office, includes tasks such as:
    • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff
    • Order office supplies
    • Coordinate mail, inbound and outbound
    • Other ad hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree (Administrative or Executive Assistant, Business, Accounting, or related field).
  • Experience in the A/E/C industry or at a Professional Services Firm.
